<p>Even though BTS member Jin is now serving in the military, he never forgets to update his fans on his health. He will be coming home this year and was the first member of BTS to enroll in the military. The 100-day countdown on Weverse has been formally launched by Jin, who is the ‘The Astronaut’ vocalist and much anticipated return. After seeing Jin’s most recent military update, fans are unable to remain composed.</p>

<p>Jin indicated on Weverse that he will be back after 100 days with the message “D-100.”</p>
<p>In a previous birthday greeting, Jin thanked his supporters for their unwavering support. “Hi there, this is Jin,” Jin posted on Weverse, thanking followers for their kind birthday greetings. I appreciate you sending me birthday wishes. It’s upsetting that I’m unable to celebrate my birthday this year, since I always loved conducting my live broadcasts with ARMY. Please know that I am enjoying myself with all of you in my heart, even if I can’t be there in person lol.”</p>
<p>“It’s been a year since I joined the military,” he said. Even though I still have a lot of time left, I can’t wait to spend it with you since I only have around one-third remaining. I’m going to weep. Oh, and some of our members are joining the army (LOLOLOLOL). I’m hoping for a speedy turnaround so I may enjoy myself once again with the members and ARMYs. I appreciate your birthday greetings once again, and I hope to see you all soon.”</p>
<p>He stated, “I’m currently Sergeant Kim Seokjin after one more early promotion due to my outstanding military career,” revealing that he had received a promotion in the military.</p>
<p>Regarding his career, Jin first gained recognition as a solo artist with the release of his song “The Astronaut” and also worked with Coldplay, a British rock band. Prior to his military enrollment, he sent the song as a parting gift to the BTS Army.</p>
